Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Shipping Options and Times

We offer two main delivery options for the United Kingdom:

• 1. Standard Delivery (Free)
  • Cost: Free for all orders.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 9 business days after dispatch.

• 2. Express Delivery
  • Cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Our Delivery Partners

To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we work with top logistics partners. Your order will be handled by our international logistics partners and handed over to trusted local services in the UK, such as Royal Mail or Evri, for final delivery to your doorstep.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Taxes and Customs (Brexit Update)

Good news! We ship to the United Kingdom on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for most orders. This means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final price you see at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct. Saint Doux cannot be held responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@saintdoux.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
